Tab character in expressions

I've just learned how to set a line break character in the expression editor, using the code newline$.
Is it possible to set a tab character too? I've tried tab$, tabulator$ and other random guesses with no luck.
And where can I find a complete list of MMF expressions, to avoid opening new threads?

tab character is just 5 spaces in most things i believe. if you really want a tab, open up notepad make a tab, then copy/paste into the expression editor but there is not a tab expression.

All the "MMF expressions" come from the default objects, mostly the special object.
