How do you create a touch-scrollable help screen inside of an IOS app?

I'm trying to create a scrollable help screen for an IOS application. I want the user to be able to touch a HELP buttion anywhere in the app that will bring up a scrollable HELP screen, wherby the user touches the screen to move up and down through the help content. After reviewing HELP the user will then be able to return back to the application and resume where he/she left off.

Any ideas will be appreciated.

You should download my iOS scrolling object (its up in the example sub forum). Then you could either do a sub-app or a group activation/deactivation method.

In my game I display a tutorial screen on a top of my title screen. First I made it to scroll in from ooutside ising the moveit object but ended up creating an active object (screenshot with tutorial) and creating it at runtime when the help button is clicked. That screenshot has fade in and fade out effects (I chose "cells" effect). Looks pretty cool.
