Delay on Touch Detection?

Hey, I've never run into this problem before but I've noticed lately that my app (which relies on flicking motions to move) has a delay before Touch begin/end events are triggered from when I actually do it. This delay is compounded the more touches I perform until it can be minutes behind, it occurs using multitouch or mouse events and single or multitouch mode. I can send my mfa to someone if they want to try building it and replicating the problem, it occurs on my iPhone 4S and iPad 1. I've tried the version that came with R254 and every beta after but the bug happens with them all.

Turns out if I perform a clean and delete the app from my phone before every build the problem is not present. But if I just update the Application.cci file it seems to happen? Guess it's not something you guys can fix really. Just really strange?
