Samples being cut of for no good reason

    Hi
Im experiencing some strangeness with playing multiple samples ( 2 to be exact ) at the same time.
I have checked 'Multi-samples' in the Application properties.

Basically what happens is, first sample nr 1 plays, then shortly thereafter sampl nr 2 plays.
Sometimes sample nr 1 gets cut off ( stops playing )

    Why is this happening?
Isnt this what the 'Multi-samples' setting is for?

Are they being played on the same channel? I think multi-samples means you can play sounds on several channels at once, but each channel can only play one sound at a time. I think.

Yes they are being played at the same channel.
But i made a simple test application.

It basically had a Player collide through 3 barrier consecutively.
Each Barrier collison would play a relatively long Explossion sample on the same Channel.
There were no apparent problems with this Test Application, all the sounds played and none were cut off.
