Beta 9: Flags do not work?

I'm experiencing a weird bug. I've been converting my old PC game onto iOS, and in some actions it uses flags, since I copy and paste most of the code...some won't work on beta9 (not sure if it worked on the previous betas). It's nothing major but I just thought to let you know. In some parts where I check if flag 0 is on, it won't work...but if I replace to comparing it to a variable then it does. But on my PC runtime, the old code works fine.
