[BUG] Beta 30: Quick backdrop semi-transparency

I don't know if this has been reported before.

I put a quickbackdrop in the topmost layer, make it fill up the entire window and make it semitransparent. Works fine in windows, but on the phone it is not semi-transparent. I have to make it an active object for it to work.

I used a black backdrop object with a Blend Coefficient value of 80 in my app, works great to "dim" the screen while displaying overlay messages and custom edit boxes
