    Beta 9: Program received signal: SIGABRT

    So it seems that using the iOS Exporter you cannot run the game on release mode. If you go on xCode and change the settings to Release under "edit scheme" the game freezes on startup giving this error message

    int retVal = UIApplicationMain(argc, argv, nil, @"RuntimeIPhoneAppDelegate"); Program received signal: SIGABRT

    The only way to have it run again, is to restart the device, do a clean and put the game back onto debug mode.

    Oh crap, really? I've been building something with Beta 9 to release in a couple of weeks... Has anybody else had this issue?

    Yea...honestly I only found out about this 'edit scheme' theme now. For what I hear, your game runs faster on release mode, and I wanted to see how my game ran on that. But...as I said, impossible, so I switched it back to debug.

    Doesn't the exporter put it in release mode by default anyway?! Since Beta 6-7, sometime around then, it's built the project in release mode automatically for this reason. I think the only difference with the 'final xcode project' is that it only includes the files your game uses.

    i had the same problem when i changed all the fuctions to release mode. i had to check the boxes back to debug except for the first option.

    Hm, Beta 8 had issues which my app will struggle with. Has anybody released something built with Beta 9? I might have to wait for Beta 10 if this is universal.
