    Use the INI Object.

    Thanks

Seeing that an INI file is easy to edit, how can i ensure that the Game Data is not edited by the user? Encryption?
How can i ensure that the Game Data File is not copied and distrebuted to other Computers?

I think arrays can be used as well, and those are encrypted, right?

Arrays are not encrypted, but modifying them is more difficult than an ini file.

So you can access and Array easily, but modifying the data once accessed is hard?
    How hard, impossible hard?
I wouldent want it to be possible for Users to easily access and change game data/ highscore table.

    ...
Im planing on savig 'misc game progress data' and also a 'highscore table' on the local computer.
Wich method should i use for my situation?
INI seems like the obvious choice, but are there advantages with the Array method?

It isnt considdered bad conduct to make a Flash game store a data file on your computer is it?
Also where should i put the game data/ highscore table?
