    [String] Problem :/

It's about String object, when the application is turned into an .exe and when you run it. The string's font is set to Arial. I know why it happens but I can't solve it to stop happening.

    Thanks

In the String Object's property you can change the font. We must be careful so we know other user's computer has the same font.

You can make a backdrop or active object from the string to get around that.

Is that not set as the default font in the settings? But you would think that would not effect the font set in the mfa for the exe.

    Marv,
When you say that you can make a backdrop or active object from a string, are you indicating that one can make an active object display the text from a string? If so, how would that be accomplished?

You can also do this via a paint program like paint.net and just create text images to use. From experience, sometimes using the Right click on the string -> Create -> Active or Backdrop, they come out a little blurry, but I have also used this method a lot.
