JSON file error msg on built application

I get the above error message when attempting to run an application built with MMF2 Dev. As a result the app doesn't run. I built a new app, this time with external files included, with the same result. Ditto when running as administrator. I'm on Windows 7 64 bit.

Below is the full list of extensons that the application uses:

    Any ideas, Clickteam?

Do you remember when it started to do that? After putting which object?

I would suggest you reinstalled CreateByName, Lacewing, Integrated Path Planning, Select Object Extension and Ultimate FullScreen.
Remember to install all the files in the extension zip files.

Unfortunately I don't know, Francois - I haven't tried building for a while. All of the extensions Andos has listed have recently been added. Thanks for the suggestion Andos, I'll reinstall them all and if the problem persists I'll systematically remove them from the application and see whether the problem desists.

Instead of removing one at a time, you could do a quick binary search. Save your application, then delete the first half of the extensions. If the problem persists, revert to your saved file then delete the third quarter of them. If it's still going, then go back and delete the last quarter. At any time the problem disappears, you know it's in the batch you deleted, so you can repeat the process sampling from the narrower group of extensions until there's just one left. You can narrow it down to 1 after checking no more than six times. Deleting one by one could take over sixty times.

For anyone else who may encounter this issue: following the above advice from Andos solved the issue. I built an app (three times) and the issue seems to be resolved.

*If a kindly mod feels the need to change the typo in the thread title from 'USON' to 'JSON' in case anyone searches the forum for the same problem, that'd be cool.

It could have been any of those extensions using an old version of EDIF - we should probably make the error message say which one.

In the latest versions of EDIF, it already does:

Working as fast as I can on Fusion 3
