Sub application : BUG

Hi,
I try to load a sub-application via the objet sub-application. The result is a crash with this alert "can't load Directshow.mfx"... Directshow was vitalized, no ?
Can someone help me ?

In my opinion, I don't think Vitalize has much of a future. I've used it in the past, but it has its limitations.

With alerts that can't find .mfx files in general, it could indicate an incompatibility with the operating system, the file physically is missing or a mis-configuration problem with how Vitalize is set up on the computer.

Are you using the standard or active DirectShow? DirectShow was vitalized, but not the "active" version.

It could be a bug, with the standard EXE runtime, I have had DirectShow working fine in sub-applications. Also, your signature says you're using build 254, have you tried updating to the latest build to see if it was fixed? (unless your signature is outdated)

I have find that there is some active directshow object. I try to change them by directshow. many thanks for your reply. But i don't understand why sometimes it work and sometimes no... strange ! I will post the result this day !

no difference : there is now do active directshow object and the strdt.exe crash ... GRRRRRRR !

Edit : There is the screen error. If a Clickteam member see it, i appreciate an help... thanks !

I don't understand why it doesn't work ! i inspect all the extensions and there are all vitalized. I just use external data that are loaded with expression appdrive$+appdir$+"filename" and load/save ini file and save game file. What is wrong with that ???

I had a look at the error screenshot. Have you tried testing the file on another computer or operating system?

Try porting your application to the standard runtime to see if this problem persists. This would narrow down the options to find what may be causing this error.
