iOS Store object: where is it?

I installed the iOS module about 6 or 7 months ago... I think... and I don't have the iOS store object for in-app payments and the such. How can I get these, and any new extensions? What would be the easiest way? Should I have to re-install the full module and activate it again?

If so, where can I download it? Should I download the demo and activate?

Please advise! I want to use/have all the new extensions!

I think you need to have MMF2 Developer to get the iOS Store object

It states:
iOS Store (MMF2 Developer only).
Camera (MMF2 Developer only).
GameCenter objects (MMF2 Developer only).

As for other extensions, you could try the ExtensionView Downloader here: http://www.clickteam.info/ev/ev_setup.exe
