Quality vs Speed: Has anyone noticed?

    Hi
When you Rotate or Scale an 'Active Object', you can choose ( 1 ) 'maximum quality' or ( 2 ) 'maximum speed'.

If you choose ( 1 ) 'maximum quality' the Active Object looks smoother as it rotates:

But when run as a Flash build, ( 1 ) 'maximum quality' doesnt seem to be doing anything ( wether its Angle or Scale your altering ):

    ...
    So, my question...

    - Is ( 1 ) 'maximum quality' supposed to work for Flash builds?
    - If not, why is the option available at all for Flash builds?

Yes, there is a problem with this (although I do not see where it comes from).
I'll work on it for the next version.
