Animation not working.

So I have a sidescrolling platformer, and because I'm dealing with carpal tunnel atm, I'm making a way to control the game purely with the mouse position, by having you hover over buttons on the screen. I've made it exactly the same as my WASD movement, but using "is mouse over object?" (I've also tried "mouse is > n" and "mouse < n") to initiate the moving event. It works right, other than the fact that the animation doesn't play. Any idea what's going on?

You probably have to tell it to start/stop/change animations manually, could you upload a mfa?

I was about to upload it, but turns out I'm just stupid, lol. I had the "key is down" negated on the condition that set the animation back to stopped, but didn't do the same with the mouse being over the button. My bad.

I'm glad I'm able to figure these problems out on my own, but I wish I could do it before posting a thread here, lol. Sorry to bother you. (Then again, I waited a few days, working on and off trying to figure out the problem before posting it. lol)
