Well Tony, I certainly know who I am going to for inspiration if I release a free/freemium title. I'm still working on 'what you see is what you get' projects, I believe in a product which a person pays for once, but this is clearly the way to be competitive on the app store these days and you're doing a great job.

This is actually one of the things which has stopped me with some iOS extensions - the extensions can only have one heading file and one implementation file, and a lot of features require a framework or the importing of other files. Perhaps there's a way CT can add the option for 'zipping up' a bunch of files for the output.

They give you the options of Wire, Paypal, or Check.

So I've been running it for a full week now and thought it would be good to share the stats for those interested -

Date - App Name - OS - Impressions - CTR Delivered - Money Earned - eCPM

    2012-11-13 - Pocket Ninjas - iOS - 9,576 - 21.64% - $95.96 - $10.02
    2012-11-12 - Pocket Ninjas - iOS - 8,277 - 20.79% - $55.36 - $6.69
    2012-11-11 - Pocket Ninjas - iOS - 7,802 - 22.42% - $58.83 - $7.54
    2012-11-10 - Pocket Ninjas - iOS - 7,928 - 22.64% - $59.06 - $7.45
    2012-11-09 - Pocket Ninjas - iOS - 6,564 - 20.26% - $52.68 - $8.03
    2012-11-08 - Pocket Ninjas - iOS - 6,678 - 17.60% - $51.00 - $7.64
    2012-11-07 - Pocket Ninjas - iOS - 4,973 - 17.62% - $79.98 - $11.02

In comparison during the same time period iAds has brought in about $25. I think at this point Im going to remove iAds altogether in the next update because its not worth the annoyance to the end user compared to what it brings in.

This is all based on a single ad that pops up when you first load the game. Chartboost also lets you call the ad whenever you like as well as having a "more games" button, but these would require an extension I think. So if anyone feels like taking a run at one I'd be a fan for life

    "Money Earned" and "eCPM".

Whats the difference? I assumed eCPM is money you receive from the adverts but whats the money earned all about then?

"Money Earned" is actually what you'll get paid.

eCPM is 'effective cost per mille'
It's your earnings/impressionx1000 its a benchmark you can use to determine which services provide you with the most earnings potential. My eCPM with iAds has been in the $0.80-$1.50 range (not good) Chartboost has been in the $6-$11 range (Awesome)

Here's some infor I grabbed off there site
    ____________________________

Earnings- When do I get paid?

To give you a little information about how we pay our publishers...

Publishers are paid a net 30 after the month's end and we do the best we can to process your payment even before then. It is your money and you earned it!

We remit payment of earnings when it has accumulated to $300 or more.

Bank fees are subtracted from your earnings.
    International:
    -Wire: $25 -Check: $10

    Domestic (US)
    -Check: $10 -ACH Wire: Free

    Paypal:
    Less than $500: Free
    More than $500: $25
*Paypal does not allow payments larger than $10,000 USD. Therefore, all earnings >$10,000 will be remitted through wire transfer

Important: In order to receive your earnings we need to receive a tax form filled, signed, and sent back via email. Lastly, please be sure that ALL banking information is updated and accurate so that payments will not be delayed.

Lastly, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your Chartboost account once payment is processed.
