Better FPS?

In my computer application, the FPS is umm... well... five... Yeah kinda suckish.

There is A LOT going on. (3 videos (Active Direct Show), 32 actives, 4 animations, Box 2D, and most of the objects are rotating by increasing and decreasing angles)

Anyone have any ways to bring up the FPS?

Use HWA if you aren't and 3 videos...? Thats probably your problem.

The best way to optimize your fps is to set fps to a high number like 500 or something, then remove/add certain parts and see how much fps you gain/loose, when you figure out what things or parts of code brings the fps down the most, optimize or remove it.
