Working as fast as I can on Fusion 3

24.131.4.29, my IP address.

XStar... I feel like you've mis-read my post again... I would of appreciated a numbered 1-4 response to give you better support.Oh well...
Firstly, if you cannot connect to http://192.168.2.104/ then you probably can't access the website through your internet IP either. You say you can't access it from another computer/device in your house so this most likely mean a misconfiguration on the computer itself. Firewall is a good place to start, but you said it's fine, are you definitely sure? Is there any other program binding the same port for the webserver?
Please could you take a screenshot and show us where Windows Firewall (or other firewall program) permits port 80? The common mistake I make is not permitting the right protocol (TCP and UDP) so seeing a few screenshots from you will help us identify if you made a misconfiguration.
Whilst you're at it, it may be beneficial to take a screenshot of your router's settings too (hide any personal info if needed), so we can see that you've correctly configured port forwarding as well.
Once you can access it through your local IP, we can support you in getting it to work through your Internet IP too.
By the way, have you set up both a static local IP and static Internet IP? The local IP should be static, otherwise you'll need to change settings each time on the router. And for the sake of not having to update your website link, a static internet IP would be recommended too.

1. I can connect to http://192.168.2.104/, that works fine.
2. Here's a screenshot:

3. Here's a couple screenshots:

4. I'm not sure about the static IP things though...

1. That's a local IP address so it does not matter in any way and should be ignored.

I don't know if you was talking to me or XStar. But I don't think it should be ignored... I got the impression at first XStar had a misconfiguration on the PC so I wanted to let him check.
Very good! Since it works, we can focus getting the Internet IP to connect as well.
Note that, if at any time you're able to connect by typing your internet address instead of the local IP, it works!
By looking at your screenshot, it seems you've correctly set up port forwarding. Have you restarted your router since? (Some may require a restart in order to apply new settings -- be warned it may result in a different IP your server PC gets assigned after restart.) -- I also recommend you set up a static local IP for your server PC (your router will allow you an option for this, so it will always stay as 192.168.2.104 should the router restart or assign the PC a new IP) -- you may be able to configure Windows to always connect with the certain IP too, but I recommend you do it one the router's side first.
Next up, getting a static internet IP (so your links will stay the same) -- it's a bit more tricky, your ISP may allow you a free one or you may need to use a Dynamic DNS service (try http://www.no-ip.com/) -- This is assuming your ISP gives you a dynamic IP every time your router connects up. I'm from the UK, so I'm giving you advise from my perspective, it may be different for your region/country.
Like I might of mentioned a few times, if all of the above is set up, but still doesn't work, your ISP may have blocked HTTP (port 80) connections, since you're using a home broadband package (I presume?)

Ok, I'm using no-IP.com, but on this page:

What should I enter?

Ideally, first, I recommend you identify the problem why you can't connect via your Internet IP... once you have success in connecting by typing the IP Address, then you can consider a no-ip address, so you can use that for your users to connect to (or as a web link of course)
I haven't used No-IP, but briefly from the screenshot:
- Hostname can be anything of your choice... such as XStarSocialNet
- Host Type should stay as "Port 80 Redirect"
- IP Address is your current Internet IP (see http://www.whatismyip.com for this)
- Port should stay as 80, unless you port forward and host the server on a different port (useful if you find port 80 is blocked or doesn't work after all)
- Masking will "wrap" the IP address with your specified text, so instead of redirecting it to say your IP Address, you can specify a name, a descripton, some keywords, think of this like setting up your own new website, but hosted at home.
I also have two questions:
1. Can you connect to your web server by typing your Internet IP?
2. On the router, have you set up a static IP for your server PC?

Redirects cannot redirect to port 80, according to it... What do I do?
