Online Registration and Login with Lacewing

Yeah the title says it all. I have not a snippet of sense on how to do this!

I looked at the Registration tutorial on the official website, but it didn't use lacewing, which is what I'm aiming for.

Please if someone has an example or just a quick way to do this, please let me know!

    Thanks a bunch!

Only Lacewing Websever would be applicable for this. I made a minimalistic example of dealing with forms for someone a long time ago, you can get an idea of how it all works:

Thanks! But, here's a problem... All of the ports I try to put in, won't connect!

Do you know in any good ports?

All ports between 1 and 65534 are "good ports". Bye default, it hosts on port 80, which is the default for internet. Just go to your browser while it it running and connect to http://localhost/

Not to be rude, but apparently not. I have tried quite a few ports in that range for the web server, but none of them are working. It will not host!

What exactly makes you say this? Are you checking for On Error and putting the error string in a String object?

Yeah, but it comes up blank. I set the alterable string to Error, and then activate the alterable string.

OK, I figured out the problem, a port was interfering with another program. I set the port to an open one, where the application was supposed to be, and it worked.

Now, the hard part, making a working registration and login...

The Lacewing Webserver has some goodies in it - you can set cookies and session data, which will be useful for staying logged in. There is a full reference in the Lacewing Help File (link in my signature "Learn").
