Well... This is going to be a social network for iPhones and iPod Touches, but this version is the testing for PC, then when iOS Lacewing is released, I will convert it into iPhone SDK.

I'm honestly not sure which one it is, but maybe the description will help you decide.

With the first one, which is the example I made for you, it already works for PC, Mac, Linux, iOS, etc. because it is browser-based.

I get that, but it's going to be for iPhone, so will it be more the second one?

The PC version is only for testing before Lacewing is released for iOS. Since it hasn't (Lacewing) been released, this is the only way I can test it.

This PC version WILL NOT be released to the public.

That's all, the final copy will go on idevices.

If I'm honest XStar, I personally find it would be a bit more of a task to properly develop an iOS Application based on Lacewing before an extension is actually released. You can't exactly test, or properly optimise your app for iOS devices until you have the extension to use. This is like trying to develop an Android app before the exporter is released.

LB has helped you for about 5 pages here, I too have been wondering about Lacewing lately and the first option that LB suggests would be a better idea.

Unless you have an absolute need to have your social network for purely iOS devices only, you're kind of restricting yourself to an iOS market only, whereas you have the ability to make it cross-platform, which I would strongly encourage.

You're MUCH better off going with the first option.

OK, that's absolutely fine. What's your recommendation for going about with this first option?

I noticed however, that some of these objects aren't supported by iOS, what can I use for substitutes?

XStar, the example I made for you is the server, so you run it on a Windows computer. Then, iOS devices can connect to it through the internet. You will not need to make anything in MMF2 for iOS.

So, should I do it like this:

Post this application, which is the server, on my website, and then just have a link for it?

But iOS can't run .exe, so I'm pretty sure you mean something else...

    Sorry for not understanding!
