Turn off and on Num/Caps lock with events?

Just for fun, Im making some "AddOns" for my PC. My mouse already uses the functions for Numlock and Capslock on and off for different stuff, and I wonder if I could turn on and off the caps and num lock with events in MMF?

Its probably other programs out there, but I wanna try make my own!

Do you know of any other fun objects that can affect the area outside the MMF application? Maybe turn the desktop sideways or upside down, or shrink other windows around on the screen, or anything else you can think of? :P
