Make transition between cut scenes

Hi

I want make a transition like fade in-out between cut scenes at the large frame.please see attach file.
Is it possible?

If it is not possible please tell me for write a detect between frames.For example in a jumping at the end of screen edge we can see continue that at the next frame . like Saira game (Nifflass games).

I know i have to write that in global event but unfortunately i dont know exactly that.
I appreciate for any suggestion or example.

But I haven't made fading when you get out of the frame, I only made the fading when you enter the frame...

Use Semi-transparency was a good idea.But is here anyway for a little more stop when i have complete black screen?

You can make this:
Compare two values>Semi transparency lower than 20
ignore player control
Compare two values>Semi transparency grater than 19
restore player control
