App Rejection due to prompting user to leave a 5-star review

Just had my latest free app rejected by Apple, here's the reason they give:
    3.10

We found that your app, or its metadata, includes features or content that can have an excessive influence in the listing order or ranking on the App Store, which is not in compliance with the App Store Review Guidelines.

Specifically, we found your app prompts users to submit a 5-star rating.

It would be appropriate to remove or revise this information. If your iTunes Connect Application State is Metadata Rejected, we do NOT require a new binary. In iTunes Connect > Manage Your Applications, select your app and click View Details.
Anybody else had a similar rejection or use a similar prompt?
I've seen other apps use a similar approach, prompting the user after a few goes to leave a 5-star review.
    The message I use is:
    Review This App
Please support this app by rating it 5 stars on the App Store. Thanks!
    Cancel OK

Is it the prompt itself or the fact I ask for a 5-star review?

Since asking for a rating is ok in apps, I assume it's the 5 stars.

Yes I had my app rejected once because I had 5 stars on the rate me button, I had to change the star count to 2 lol...and then, they approved it.

In my latest game Undead on Halloween I got a 5 stars button approved.

Can't access the button pic right now. Renatos, what about posting our buttons to show what works and what not?

I would think that the best approach would be to ask for a rating, and not tell the user how many stars to rate your app.

App Rejection due to prompting user to leave a 5-star review

I've seen a lot of apps beg for 5 star ratings before, I guess it depends on what reviewer you get. I'm sure both Lep's World games do it...

Thanks for everyone's quick response on this subject. I've had another app approved recently which asks for a 5-star review (I read somewhere that a lot of people don't realize they can change the rating from the default 1 star, so you end up with glowing review text but 1 star rating) - I guess I just got a stricter reviewer
I've even seen a question on Stack Overflow as to how Draw Something asks for a 5 Star review and somehow forces the rating to 5 Stars (although it turns out it doesn't! It's all in the mind)
Anyway, removed the reference to 5-stars, but kept in the review prompt and re-submitted. Fingers crossed this one goes through. Now comes the long wait!
Hopefully this will help others avoid this potential pitfall that can delay your app.
