Creating Adventure games for teens book

Have anyone this book?Its new book from Jason Darby

I have 3 question before purchase:

1) Is it contain third person adventure game or 1st person only?

2) Is CD included too?

3) Is it solved for any parameters of adventure games in versus of special engines like AGS-WME-Visionaire ?

4:rd question: Why is it called "For Teens"?

only teens are allowed to read it. If your older than 19 then you can't use it!

Or it's just better being marketed for teens ;-) (from what i have read about it anyway). I'm sure it's more than fine for any aged person to use it.
