    Question Rotation working on editor but not on iDevice

    Hello!

    I'm trying to rotate 3 actives object but it's not working on any iDevice I tested (ipod 2g, ipod 3gs, ipad 1).

    This is how I coded it:

    Alterable value A of "Info 01" = 0
    Set angle to Angle( "Info 01" )-0.1
    Quality = 1

    Alterable value A of "Info 02" = 0
    Set angle to Angle( "Info 02" )+0.2
    Quality = 1

    Alterable value A of "Info 03" = 0
    Set angle to Angle( "Info 03" )-0.3
    Quality = 1

    Inside the editor it works flawlessly but on any iDevice it just gets stucked.

    I tried changing the Alterable value A for Every 00:01 but with no success.

    Any help?

    Thanks!

    Is your exporter up to date? What about the decimal places, have you tried rotating it by an integer (whole number)?

    Rotating with decimal numbers give me the desired rotating speed and smoothness. With timer and interger I get a "clock ticking" rotation effect and it's not what I desire.

    I'm using the 256 beta 2 version onf the iOS exporter (256.18). I can't update to newer versions because it needs the xCode 5 and I'm still running xCode 4 on Snow Leopard.

    Yeah I know, I just wanted to check if it was the fact that you're rotating it in float numbers rather than an integer which causes it not to work or if it's something else; can you check for me?

    Pretty sure rotation on IOS devices is integer only. I think you can get the same limitation in MMF2 with Software mode or Direct3D 9 (can't remember which) - Shame there isn't an IOS emulation mode!

    @ AyreGuitar
    In Standard mode the same problem happens. Runs fine in Direct3D 9.

    Any ideas of how to achieve the same rotation effect? (not with animations, please!!!!!!!!)
