Where do you get SAM?

Hi all,

I've just purchased Jason Darbys' new book "Creating Adventure Games for Teens" -- even though I'm far (far) from being a teen
My question is this: THe book explains the steps to create various types of adv. games using a set of extensions called SAM -- Story Adventure Maker, but I can't seem to find any link or info on where to get these extensions! I admit that I just skimmed through the book quickly since I didn't yet have the time to sit down and read it properly, but I found no indication anywhere on where to find these extensions.

Could someone please enlighten me?

I don't know we would need to ask Jason.
He had those extensions custom made for the book so the info about getting them must be in there.

Did the book come with a CD?

No, no CD. There were 4 chapters that had to be downloaded online. I downloaded the chapters but there is no link to where the extensions can be found.

I left a message on the website. I guess I'll wait for a reply.
