    Super Function - Release Candidate

Ok, thanks for all the feedback, I have resolved all the reported issues and now have a release candidate available. It now catches division by zero and reports that as an invalid expression, plus some other internal cleanup. The help file and sample app also have some enhancements, also one new expression was added to help work with quoted strings. I will not be able to put in exponents.

Appreciate any final feedback/tests before I consider this done, see new attachment. I would like to get this done so I can get on to wrapping up my other project, Super Store.

I know some people are looking for a replacement for Power Function in MMF2, so I would like to get this out there pretty quick to help them. However, I am also looking to get a bonus pack extension one of these days and hopefully graduate from apprentice to EDT - I think this would be a strong extension to do that. Maybe both are possible? I await from guidance from Novabrain or Jeff on this.

I have posted here before about Devs releasing extenions. I prefer they go in PBP's, but I understand the reasons for wanting to get an extension out in the wild.

So, my preferences aside, consider all the ramifications of a PBP versus a single, public release. The best part of the packs is that they are a great boon to users in the end, as we have seen with posts in the forums about hunting them.

Great extension, I will test it extensively when I get back to my dorm later today.

Nova, what you have to realize is that us developers don't have an eternity to wait for our projects to be released. Many of us want to see our extensions out in public hands so we can have the extensions serve the purpose they were designed for (to serve the community). Having to wait a few months for a pack to be released simply won't work without some kind of greater incentive to hold the work from the public.
