Looking for a gauge

I'm doing a program where I would like to use a gauge. Like what you have in a car. a speedometer.

a quick look at the Counter's Animation option might work. Each frame is equal to a specific value. You'll need to create every frame (easier to do in AfterEffects or something like that).
