Multiple Teleporters: Am I doing this right?

I'm working on a teleporter system based on spread values to cut down on the # of cloned active objects just for new teleporting locations. This is just a quick test of what I have done so far.

I need to know if I'm doing this right. Someone told me to use INI, or arrays to make this work. Someone also told me that there's not just one way, there's more than one way to do this, that gives the same effect. So I wasn't sure if the example I am showing here is the best way.

    - The first frame may slow down a bit, since it always runs the fast loop when the player is overlapping a teleporter active object.
    - The second frame only runs the fast loop once, but should produce the same effect.

Maybe I should limit it to run the fast loop once? I'm not sure which way is the best. Maybe someone can give me a few tips for this?

Green active object is the player.
Black active objects are teleporter entrances.
Red active objects are the exits.
