    Smoke Effect Issues

    Hi,

Recently I made a nice looking smoke effect for a game I've been working on, however I do have a problem with it, the effect itself uses like 150+ objects and I need it to be spawned in multiple places. Go to this thread to get to the effect. I need a more efficient way to produce this effect.

    -Thanks, Variant

Use fewer objects but have them larger and scale them down to up and it will create the desired effect. I'll make an example in a bit.

That's a lot better, you actually used a picture of smoke to make it, I'll apply this concept to what I am doing and I'll tell you if it works.

    Re: Smoke Effect Issues

It's good, but it's still takes up some space. Is their an even more efficient way to do the smoke? And, can I just copy the events I don't want to rewrite the events .

    -Thanks, Variant
