    iOS

This is probably in the wrong section, if so, I'm sorry.
I just joined the site/forum. Anyway:

I'm very interested in making an iTunes App and was wondering if I needed a Mac. I watched a short clip and it said something about a Mac. I don't own one, so can I still make it without one or what?

Yes, wrong forum. What you need :

    - Multimedia Fusion 2 or Multimedia Fusion 2 Developer on a PC machine
    - the iOS exporter for Multimedia Fusion 2
    - a Mac
    - register as an iOS developer on apple.com, download the iOS SDK and install it on the Mac

MMF2 + its iOS exporter allows you to build an Xcode projet that you compile as an iOS app on the Mac.

Basically, you'll need the program to code your apps. That's what Multimedia Fusion 2's for. You'll then need the iOS exporter to make your application into an Xcode project. You will need the Mac to then compile the Xcode project so that you can put it onto a device and/or the App Store. You'll also need to pay to register on Apple as a developer who can upload apps to the App Store (this costs $99).

There was a thread somewhere which detailed the minimum costs of all of this, but I can't seem to find it. However, to give you a rough idea:
    Multimedia Fusion 2: $119 ($101.15 with 15% Christmas discount)
iOS Exporter: $129 ($109.65 with 15% Christmas discount)
Mac Mini (used): ~$400 (on eBay)
    Apple iOS Developer program: $99

    Total: $709.80
