I think that the easiest way for you to make this would be to have the Weapon (and arms) being a seperate object, and add / sub to its angle using the event editor.

I have the 32 frames 360 degrees animation of Turrican and only as a car movement or without gravity e.t.c sawing correctly but only when Turrican stuck without sensors . i am using sensors to move player ...so when i destroy sensors Turrican stuck and do the 32 moving correctly when hit space bar . Any ideas how to recreate the sensors again when i stop hit space bar like the Hurrican move if you know ....thanks for your respond

So none can explain this 1990 Turrican Surrround move even on Hurrican or T2002 and i strongly now believe that Multimedia Fusion 2 is not so powerful as many believe . Turrican 360 surround move was a milestone on 1990's video games . Hurrican and Turrican 2002 was also awesome but how these guys made this exceptional move ? Maybe i must try my luck with other program like gamesmaker or something else ....

Don't be so quick to bash the program just because only one person answered you in the past day (you posted 4 times, just wait people will respond eventually). I didn't know what Turrican was so I YouTubed it and it looks completely possible to make in MMF2. Did you even consider Popcorn's suggestion? I agree with his idea- make the arm a separate active object and position it to the body of the player. Then change its angle according to your controls. I don't understand why you're using the racecar object. Isn't this a platform game? Unless I'm mistaken... maybe you can find some youtube video that demonstrates what you exactly want. If we can determine what you exactly want, maybe we can help you then.

Hello thanks for your answer . Yes i know that Turrican is one of the best blast em ups in history not a racing car of course but only with that move MMF2 understands and still the Turrican 32 frames sprite without gravity and only when stands still can execute the 360 surround shooting .... when destroyed the sensors that moves the character doing the job but then .... failure ... I want to press and hold space bar or joypad button to repeat 360 shooting when is still on the ground and when i stop pressing i want to return to the previous state ....that's all and none of 650 examples that i have explain such a thing . I will upload the .mfa if someone knows something i will appreciate it .....Turrican360shootingEngine[WIP].mfa

Look Turrican surround shooting move or Hurrican and you will understand ..... thanks

Joypad : Hold Fire 4 = Surround shooting [no keys]
Joypad : Rapid Fire 3 = casual shooting [no keys]

The above example is with no gravity or sensors so it was much easier with the racing car move after the static...I made a very very good progress on level with gravity but in that move i stuck forever.........help needed please....

The story is simple but i suspect is very very difficult for MMF2 to complete the task . we all know Turrican games we all know surround shooting trademark of Turrican but only T2002 had the success and Hurrican all along....so Multimedia Fusion 2 cannot do this move .....It's a pity and i must stopped the game that i am making ......On forums one guy making a Turrican game but i don't know him....maybe he can help if the program indeed do this complicate shooting move.....so any help will be appreciated with an .mfa example of course....

You are not going to get anywhere with this if you don't have some patience. You need to look for 360 Degree Shooting examples and listen to the advice you are being given. Your current setup is not going to work the way you want it.

As Popcorn said you need to make the arm and gun a seperate object from your main sprite. Remove the car movement and then you can apply the example i mentioned before.

Have some patience man. MMF2 is all about patience and understanding. If you cannot wait more than 4 hours for a response you are, firstly, going to get on peoples nerves and, secondly, you will never learn anything or complete anything.
