String: Spacing between lines of text?

Hey
Is it possible in some way to define the spacing between 2 lines of text for a String Object?
The best i could do was to insert a blank line between the 2 lines, which is too much spacing for me

I'm afraid no, a blank line is the only solution.

If the text is just being seen for the user to read, couldn't you just make it an Active object and adjust the space between the lines by selecting the text you want and move it around where you want it to be?

You could just use multiple string objects and move their Y position for spacing. Not sure if that is practical for this particular situation though.

Its supposed to be a hiscore list, so the text would need to change

Well the problem with that it Strings cant contain alt values, so its quite hard ( but not impossible ) to identify and pinpoint each individual String instance

The solution i found was to use the Hiscore Object ( as a display object ), since the Hiscore Object evenly spaces each Name entry according to the height of the Object.

I also ran into this problem. Never imagined this wouldn't be possible. I made an app using lots of Paragraphs Trigging Events and the lack of this option of line spacing makes our lives pretty much more difficult. If this would be solvable without having to create another text object just for that it would be good.

Clickteam, do an update for this to be possible, please.
