I would like to create a link for people to post reviews and ratings. Perhaps with the subject "IOS".

I dont think its possible. but with the IOS object, you can create a link to your App in the AppStore.

rom - Not entirely sure what you're asking for.

Do you want to link to the App Store so someone can rate/review your game? Use the IOS object and a URL like this:
"itms-apps://itunes.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/viewContentsUserReviews?id=<AppID>&onlyLatestVersi on=false&type=Purple+Software"
where <AppID> is your Apple ID for your App in iTunes Connect.

Do you want to allow users to post a review on Facebook with subject "iOS"? Again use the IOS object but with a URL that starts with "fb://", e.g. fb://page/7844589738

Not sure what will happen if they don't have the Facebook app (probably nothing)
