Random Crashing

I'm using Multimedia Fusion build 256.34 and my game doesn't crash at all on my computer as much as I've tested it, but one user is telling me it crashes seemingly at random and without warning. Here is a list of extensions I'm using below. That's the only thing I can figure that is crashing it if anyone has any ideas.

I'd ask him to update to .net framework 4 first and then try again and also check which version of direct x he is using. some of those extensions might rely on updated frameworks.
