Creating objects with a single click

So I have a basic code of:

User clicks with left mouse button - Create Object (moving object) at a location (mouse cursor)

If I click in the same spot repeatedly there is a delay of a second or two between creating the objects. However if I change locations even slightly there is no delay and the objects are created with every click.

Anybody know what's going on?

Hey thanks for the help. I did what you suggested except I used an alterable value to stop it from shooting instead. I'm already using flags and for some reason I couldn't get it to work with them.

Anyways problem solved thanks again.
