I am going to check with Yves to be sure but if you install this

I think you get the latest beta versions of whatever you have installed.

I am running unicode and also got the auto update a few weeks back that brought me up to 256.34(unicode). I wasn't sure if it was going to cause a problem, but after reading this post, should I also reinstall the last beta version to be safe?

I made sure to re-exported my project as an XCode Zip file, too.

Shame there's no way to see which version of the iOS Exporter I'm running (even just a comment in one of the XCode files would be a help! eg RuntimeIPhoneAppDelegate.h //iOS Exporter version Beta 257-4)
I was on 256-34 before this in case ithelps, just updating to 256 beta 8 for iOS now and has the selector for fit inside (black bars) etc in properties which was not in 257-4
AyreGuitar I think you made a mistake somewhere and installed the wrong file, the iOS runtime of the build 257 is the same as the one in the official version of the build 256 (256.34) and there is no reason why the Display property would disappear... O_o

Redownload the build 257 (257.5 now), install it and check the data/runtime/iphone/RuntimeIPhone.dat file : size = 766628 bytes, modification date = December 20th, 2012.

At the moment you do not need to install the latest beta for the iOS runtime, as it didn't change, it's the same version as the build 256.34. We are going to release another build soon though, with iOS fixes. Wait for this one (unless you also test the HTML5 and/or Android runtimes).

Yves - Not quite sure what happened with installing. The file you mentioned was the same before and after installing that build (data/runtime/iphone/RuntimeIPhone.dat file : size = 766628 bytes, modification date = December 20th, 2012) I didn't reboot after installation (which I usually do, since I've had problems before after installation, until I reboot) - perhaps you need to add a reboot for it to work properly? Anyway I'll try 257-7 now and see if I get 257-6 iOS exporter...

No, if MMF2 is in use the installer won't work, and if it's not in use there is no need to reboot. Weird...
