Question timebeginperiod function in low framerate apps

    Build 257.9
I think does not work correctly the timebeginperiod function in the MMF2 code when running low framerate application on WinXP (e.g. 30FPS).

More details please look at the video.

    Question

    Another framerate question.
Framerate was 55FPS in 10 framerate application when run the event that get framerate at frame starts.
Maybe framerate will be subtract from 50 until set framerate in application property.

Is this normal? Can you improve this method in MMF3 (change the framerate immediate when frame starts.)?
