GC Achievements not updated right after sending them

I had this problem with GC scores and simply requesting the scores before displaying the list helps. Unfortunately that's no solution for GC Achievements, they are only updated after restarting a frame. Guess destroying and creating the GCAs Object could be a workaround, but shouldn't it update everytime after requesting the list of achievements?

The achivements might take a while to register on the GameCenter servers. Have you tried waiting a small period of time before requesting the achivements after sending them?

No, I only waited a few seconds before showing the GCA screen. Maybe the list wasn't updated because I requested it too early after sending achievements. Thanks, gotta try this with a delay.

Probably a good practice to NOT open the achievements window automatically when they earn an achievement. It gives the servers time to catch up.

I don't open the GC window automatically, I only retrieve the list of achievements again after confirmation that the achievement was sent successfully.

When handling GC scores I noticed that such a refresh helps to get the latest score into the GC window - when launching it without refresh it still missed the latest score. Guess GC scores and achievements are cached and need to be forced to update the content of the GC window.
