Random object creation

Hi All,

I was remember bits and bobs from when I used to use the original Games Factory but this one has me stumped. I cant seem to find the exact answer when searching the forums. What I have is a 640x480 play area. I would like for every 3 seconds to create a specific object in a random place anywhere within the play area. Can you guys help?
