Flip Horizontal HWA in Demo Version

Are the HWA features disabled in the demo version? I am trying to select the Flip Horizontal effect and it along with all the other HWA effects are grayed out. It still lets me select it, but it doesn't work. I thought maybe my video card somehow didn't support it, but I have an ATI Radeon HD 4600 with shader model 4.1 support and I'm running DX11. I would think that would be sufficient since it just says DX9 and PS1.4.

    Any ideas?

You have to select Direct3D 9 (or Direct3D 8) as graphic mode in the application properties.

Thanks for the tip, but I can't find that setting anywhere. I looked under all the properties for the game itself and don't see it. I also don't see it anywhere on the MMF2 menus.

It should be under the Display tab under Application properties.

No, it isn't there. Maybe an option that has been removed?

Actually, I don't even see anything that says Display properties. When I click the application and get its properties, there are the following:

    Settings
    Window
    Runtime Options
    Values
    Events
    About

And I don't see the dircet X option in any of those.

It's not there in my demo version. Perhaps deliberately not there? I don't know.

Nevermind. I see where it's buried. The Display Mode option that is set to Standard is actually a dropdown that contains the value. Thanks for all your help.
