Cant open project (Ini++)

I am trying to open an old project but I keep getting an error that I dont have the Ini++ extension. I have installed it both from Extension view and downloaded it from MMF stuff but still it dont let me open the project. Even stranger is that I have the Ini++ object when I go into a new app and open the extension list. Help?

Well, the confusion comes with 1.5 and just plain ++. Do you want the old version to try? I named them 1.0 and 1.5 on the backups, but you have drop those end pieces to work in MMF.
