    Simulating the ios objects

What exactly are the buttons to simulate ios functions? I know about using control for multiple touches but I have no idea what the other methods are for other things, such as the accelerometer, and which direction is x y and z for that object, it's not written anywhere official, or at least not that I can find.

You can't simulate the accelerometer without using a device. It's all down to trial and error in figuring out the x y and z I'm afraid. I'd suggest possibly adding three counters in your app and set them to read each value. Then you can test and adjust from there.
