Major glitches with Flash exporter

Hi,
I am suddenly having major problems with the Flash Exporter. It is doing several bizarre things that were not problems before. I have older builds of Flash games on my website that work perfectly but have many problems when I try to build them again even though I have not changed the programming. I tried updating the exporter and MMF2 to no avail. I recently downloaded the android exporter and I'm wondering if this has something to do with it. Also, I purchased a new Windows 8 laptop. I wondered if this was the problem, but I'm experiencing the Flash build issues on my original computer too.
Some problems:
Linking to a new page URL makes the game freeze
subapp is not displaying in the right place
Jumping to specified frames does not work correctly
Objects were not moving properly

This is really strange. Have you tried re-installing the previous version of the exporter? Does it cure the problems?

I'm going to do a clean reinstall of everything and see if this helps. I'll let you know if the problem persists. Thanks,
