Joystick position and hide

I have created "always" event to position joystick button 1 but never works;
I also need to delete the joystick and leave only the button but I don't know how to do that... any help?

I'm sorry, I don't understand what you are saying. What does it mean to position a button? What does it mean to delete a joystick and leave a button? If you post an .mfa file that demonstrates what the problem is, it'll be easier to help.

I think he wants to have a game that just has a button with no joystick. I'd just manually make the button by making an active object, and then check for when it gets tapped.
