Horizontal Radio Buttons

Radio buttons align vertically. I thought there was a way to have the radio buttons align horizontally?

I was about to post this question again but when I searched I found that I had this question a few years ago. No answer was ever received. Can anyone tell me if there's an extension that would allow this? I have tried both the Button extension as well as the Bouton CS extension. I would prefer a method using one of these extensions.

However, if it can't be done using just the extension (i.e. without conditions), then I can think of one way to create horizontal radio buttons. Basically, I create two separate radio buttons. Each one will only have one line of text in it. I then create the condition that if one radio button is selected then the other will be unselected, and vice versa.
