    Exempting image from screen resize?

What methods have you guys employed to balance between 4:3 and 16:9 aspect ratios? My program uses lots of form fields and loop-populated graphics, so I can fill the screen appropriately...except my title logo gets butchered! I want it to look nice and crisp, yet fill the with of the screen appropriately.

What options have all of you employed?

I haven't had to deal with this myself, but if you want to keep it crisp, I suggest you have multiple versions of your logo at different sizes and never scale up only scale down.
Do checks to see how large your screen is and load the appropriate sized logo into an Active or Active Picture at Start of Frame.

Yeah, that's what I was assuming would be most sensible. Better get back into photoshop (who am I kidding, I use Paint)!
