Game Design Class has build 255 downloading. Is this compatible with Windows 7?

Hi,

I am trying to assist someone that has entered into a Game Design class where the institution has them downloading MMF2 Build 255. He says that he is getting a message that the build is not compatible. I noticed on another thread that MMF2 Build 255 was available, at least back in June 2006. The young man that I am helping is running Windows 7, of course, not released until 10/22/09, so is the O/S his compatibility issue?

What builds of MMF2 will run on Windows 7 and also which will run on Windows 8?

Have you tried running MMF2 as an administrator? If/once you've already tried that, then you could tell him to download the latest version here, if it is allowed for the class. If it it isn't, then I think you'd have to wait for someone who works for Clickteam to try and help.

Build 255 has no problems with Windows 7 or 8

Have the person and/or the class contact us on the website and we can look into whats going on right away
