Question How to handle equpment parts on body?

I have a project I am doing where the main character can wear different parts of equipment like helmet, sword and shield. The problem is how do I position these correctly when there are only one hotspot and one actionpoint? I have seen some example of doing this with different animation frames or something, but that was for static objects. I need to match the helmet so it moves with the characters breathing animation so it can't be totally static. Do anyone know of a way to do this?

Have you tried making an animation for breathing on your weapons and armour?

I dont know if it is the best method but it works, this event triggers if the player is playing its stopped animation. Then I have other events that trigger if he plays other animation. It basically just changes the animation to another animation where I have pointed out the current positions of the equipment with the action point. After it has run through them all it reverts back to the regular player animation. It creates a lot of extra animation frames but I delete all graphics on them after I have pointed out the right action point spot.
