How do I do correct aspect fullscreen with 336x224 frame.+Ult.fullscrn obj. problems

Ok, I'm making a game where window size is 336x224. Currently I'm using the ultimate fullscreen object. But weird things happen when I transition between frames. Like images of another frame appear for a split second, Or a tiny white box hole in the top left corner where you can see your desktop or something behind the application for a split second. Also I tried switching my game from Direct3D 9 to Standard runtime and it totally fixes the problem, however it ruins my game. Anyone have any idea what i can do, or how to fix this problem, or some other method of doing fullscreen without aspect ratio being stretched or any pixel stretching? Thanks to anyone that can help.

    *UPDATE*
Ok, I tried it on another computer and it didn't have the problem I described. So I'm assuming that it has something to do with my own system.

If Direct3D 9 totally ruins your game, then your computer might not have a graphics card that is powerful enough to support HWA. Could you perhaps tell us what graphics card your computer uses?

Actually, turning direct3d 9 off is what ruins my game. cause then there are weird lines and ink stain looking things happening. But anyway i like direct 3d 9 and want to keep using it. i just noted that for some reason when i turn it off it fixes my problem. But i don't want it off.

Also I tried turning off visual effects on my computer and that also removed this problem. I run Vista 32 bit if that helps. I think it's some kind of conflict between the Ultimate Fullscreen Object and my computer or something. When I remove the ultimate fullscreen object the problem is also fixed. But that isn't an option in my game, unless someone knows another fullscreen method.
