Combo Box - Font properties

Is it possible to change the font color of the Combo Box for android? I've unticked "Use system fonts in text objects" in android properties, and "use system colors" in the combo box properties.
The font and background color works for combo box when its dropped down, but is there a way to change the font color for the selected line instead of White?

Thanks Fernando, much appreciated, it was really only that, but more so the ability to change font size (with leaving system colors as default) was plaguing me.
If you leave system colors as default, and change the font size it doesn't do anything, it only has a default font size (which is quite small)(This is using build 4.2, API: 17 on a Galaxy Nexus).
If i unchecked "use system colors", then the font size works BUT the drop down boxes have no padding and are very condensed.
So its kind of a catch 22 between using a set font size(small, the only downside) & system colors, and perfectly padded lists.
Or
No system colors, custom font size and combo box with no padding (downside, some letters that hang low are cut off eg. g).

with normal screen and when the drop down menu is visible, for this you need to run ddms from your tools directory of the android sdk, here a link that can explain better than me.

Fernando here is the screenshots.
The DDMS method i wasn't too sure about, but it lets me screen capture with them dropped down without it.

perfect, can you change now the api target to 2.2 so i can see how it showed in 2.2, so what is not showing correct is:

1.- the text in the spinner as it?,
2.- and you mention something about padding in the drop-down list, to mention this correspond to the theme that each devices have.

i can manage something in the spinner text but for the dropdown list the corresponding theme from devices is used, please test with different size of font to see how it show and make some screen for me
